Description:

This large, 1 bedroom / 2 bath villa located on the third floor features a Master bedroom, full kitchen, dining area, living area, and sleeps six adults. The Master bedroom consists of a comfortable king-size bed (compared to many with queen-size beds), a gas fireplace, TV, porch overlooking majestic red sequoia trees in the beautifully landscaped courtyard, view of the ski slopes, jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

The Dining room table seats six (many only have room for four) with room for two more at the barstools in the kitchen.

The Living area contains a sofa bed couch, love seat, large leather-upholstered chair, two adult-sized window day-beds, TV and gas fireplace.

The Second bathroom is a full bath with a bathtub/shower combination.

The Villa rents for $195 - $350/nt (during ski season), lower than the cost of lesser residences.

The Studio rents for $229/nt as a lock-off (during ski season).
