A floor plan of our Polo Beach Club units is on our web page (all units have same layout), but briefly, the master suites has a king and the guest bedroom has 2 twins (which can be pulled together to make a king), a double futon and a single futon available upon request. Two baths, large lanai, fully appointed kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit. A few of the items VCR, TV, CD player, tape player, coffee maker and grinder, beach towels and mats. Sleeps 6-7 or up to 14 when combined, (king, 2-twins, 2-futons). Polo Beach Club 104 is ground floor right on the beach (well 10 feet of lawn, then beach), Polo Beach Club #306 is third floor on the beach, both with panoramic ocean view of 5 islands (270 degrees, 180 of the ocean!) - these prime units are the best units at Polo.
