Payment Instructions
Aloha! This is the confirmation for your Maui stay.
Welcome to our family of Wailea friends. If you
decide to stay with us again, you will receive our
"friends discount".
Balance of Payment due at
least 60 days prior to arrival to maintain your
reservation and deposit. Please remember to mail a
check in U.S. DOLLARS for your balance (and
please do not hand write “U.S. dollars” on check nor
require a receiving signature).
PLEASE NOTE: Although there is
a 1 week grace period, there will be a 3% late fee
on funds received after the 60 day date.
If you booked late, (ie: within these last 60 days),
please send a check for you balance immediately
(FedEx or equal, no signature required) in order for
us to receive it within one week of your initial
confirmation receipt, to avoid the 3% late fee.

You will receive a separate email reflecting the
reservation deposit you just paid - deduct this
amount from the total booking cost shown below.
Please check this confirmation for accuracy and
retain a copy for your records. Please report any
discrepancies within 3 days.
Keys: Obtained at the Destination Resorts
office located at The Shops of Wailea, 3750 Wailea
Alanui Drive lower level (below Louis Vuitton
building). Provide Destination Resorts imprint of
credit card for incidentals. For late check-in 9PM -
8AM, proceed to the security kiosk (808-891 -4520)
at the Wailea Beach Villas, 3800 Wailea Alanui
Drive.The entrance driveway is just south of The
Shops of Wailea. Guests must check in at this with
Destination Resorts at either their office or after
hours kiosk prior to arriving at the Polo Beach Club

Check-in time 3PM, Check-out time 11AM. Late
departures may result in an extra days charge as
time is needed to completely clean prior to the next
guests arrival at 3pm. Check-in time may be delayed
if necessary for a proper clean. Please leave keys
in unit upon check-out.

If there are simultaneous or conflicting bookings,
we will honor the booking that pays first.

Welcome to Polo Beach. The following parties are
not responsible/liable for certain events, and guest
agrees to indemnify, defend, protect, and hold
harmless (1) the owner of the condominium unit in
which the guests will reside, or (2) Destination
Resorts, or (3) the condominium association within
which the unit is located, against all claims,
causes of action, demands, liabilities, damages, or
costs including attorney fees arising out of or
relating to any personal injury or death suffered by
the Guest or by a member of his party or guest, or
for any loss or damage of property of said Guest,
member of guest's party, nor for any claims relating
to use of the property, booking, flights,
transportation, travel, disasters, illness, weather
etc. Owner reserves right to refuse/cancel bookings.
$100 reservation change fee may apply. Guest
authorizes use of credit card or checking
information for applicable payments. New
confirmation supersedes old. Verbal reservation
change requests are OK if approved in writing (fax,
email) from owner. Our rates reflect the fact that
some units may occasionally do maintenance and
remodeling nearby. If for any reason a unit is not
ready, please contact owner (800-486-2667) for an
alternate accommodation.
